You will join a rapidly expanding team of 35 across all departments, with a high level of skill, motivation, openness and entrepreneurial spirit. LUXHUB is a diverse, international company, with 10+ different nationalities already represented across the workforce.

The role aims at:

• Running the IT production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of IT system health
• Improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
• Measuring and optimizing system performance with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement
• Building solutions and scripts to manage platform infrastructure and applications
• Providing second line support and engineering for multiple software applications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in IT system design, platform management, and capacity planning
• Partner with IT development teams to improve services as well as applications to assist in performance turning and fault finding
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, take part of on-call rotation

REQUIREMENTS:

• You are autonomous, flexible, enthusiast and team player
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or similar field
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with, and very good knowledge of, working with Linux, Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), Security protocols and frameworks (SSL/TLS, OAuth2), CI/CD Tools (Gitlab, Ansible, Terraform), Kubernetes, ELK, PostGreSQL, REST APIs
• Very good understanding of API Gateways and Apache Kafka
• Open Banking Knowledge would be considered a strong asset
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Ability to program (using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS or Azure) is considered an additional advantage
• Fluent in English, French would be considered as an advantage
• Comfortable within a start-up environment, with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
